1. Every 45 Rs billed = 1 Thankyou Point (TP)

3. TPs will be awarded retrospectively on all orders post 1st Jan 2021
4. For every successful referral, additional 50% of the referee's TPs will be credited to the referrer's account
5. Only valid on INDIQAUDIO products
6. TPs can be clubbed with other discounts
7. The referral code given by the referee will be considered as final and applicable on referral orders post 1st Dec 2021
8. Referral codes and current TP balance will be shared with individuals by 1st Dec 2021
9. TPs will be credited in the respective accounts on the 16th day from the invoice/ delivery date
10. TPs cannot be redeemed for cash
11. The extended 12 months of upgrade window is applicable on orders between 1st Jan 2021 and 1st Dec 2021. The upgrades will be covered under TnCs as stated earlier in this page
PRIVACY POLICY
A privacy policy is a legal document which states all the possible ways that a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a client’s data and it protects the personal data of the client. This privacy policy governs the manner in which INDIQAUDIO India LLP uses or discloses the information from users (or User) of the https://www.INDIQAUDIO.com/website. This privacy policy is applicable for the Website and all the products and services which are offered by INDIQAUDIO India LLP.
1. GENERAL
a) This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and all the rules are applicable thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document does not require any physical or digital signature as it is generated by a computer system.
b) Under the provision of Rule 3 (1) of Information Technology Rules 2011, this document is published. It required the publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of usage of INDIQAUDIO.com.
c) The domain name INDIQAUDIO.com (“Website”), is owned and operated by INDIQAUDIO India LLP having registered address 1494 - Rama Krishna Hegde Nagar, Thanisandra, Bengaluru, KN 560077, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns.
d) For the purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), wherever the context so requires, here terms like ‘You’ & ‘User’ are used for any legal person or entity accessing or using the services which are provided on this Website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872; The terms ‘We’, ‘Us’ & ‘Our’ shall mean the Website and/or the LLP as the context so requires. The terms ‘Party’ & ‘Parties’ shall respectively be used to refer to the User and the Company individually and collectively, as the context so requires.
e) The headings are given to each section in this Policy. This is done only for the purpose of organizing the various provisions under this Policy in an orderly manner. The party cannot use it to interpret the provisions contained herein in any manner. Further, it is specifically agreed by the Parties that the headings shall have no legal or contractual value.
f) The user can use the Website which is governed under this Policy as well as the Terms of Use of the Website (“Terms”, available at www.INDIQAUDIO.com), and any modifications or amendments made thereto by the LLP from time to time, at its sole discretion. If the user visits the home page of the Website and/or using any of the services which are being provided on the Website shall be deemed to signify the User’s indisputable acceptance of this Policy and the previously mentioned Terms. The User understands and accepts that all Terms and Policies are interconnecting, and that expiry of any of one will lead to the termination of the other.
g) The User indisputably agrees with all the Terms and Policies which legally bind the User and the LLP, and that the User shall abide by the rules, guidelines,policies, terms and conditions applicable to any of the services that are provided by the Website and that the same is applied with the Terms and shall be treated as part and parcel of the same. The User understands and accepts that no signature or express act is required to make these Terms and the Policy to bind the User. Under the User’s act, the User can visit any part of the Website with the acceptance of the Policy and the aforementioned Terms.
h) It is agreed by all the parties that an LLP/Website has all the rights to make changes or modifications in any of the policies and terms from time to time without any prior notice to User/Users. It is the User’s responsibility to keep him/her updated with all the Policies and Terms. If the User continues to use the Website following such a change, the User will be deemed to have consented to any and all amendments/modifications made to the Policy and Terms. In so far as the User complies with the Policy and Terms, he/she is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited privilege to enter access and use the Website.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION
a)It is being accepted by the User that the personal information is collected and stored by the LLP, which is provided by the User from time to time on Website but not limited to the User’s username, passwords, email address, name, address, age, date of birth, sex, nationality, shopping preferences, browsing history, etc., as well as any images or other information uploaded/published by the User on the Website. The Website/LLP uses this information which is given by the User to provide the services. The User’s need is fulfilled accordingly. This information is used by the Website/ LLP to improve the portal to make it safer and easier for the User.
b)There is certain information that can be tracked automatically by the LLP/website about the User like User’s IP address and User’s behaviour on the Website. This information can be used by the LLP/website to do internal research on user demographics, interests and behaviour, to enable the LLP/website to better understand. The User knows that such information may include the URL that the User visited prior to accessing the Website, the URL which the User subsequently visits (whether or not these URLs form a part of the Website), the User’s computer & web browser information, the User’s IP address, etc.
c)If any User chooses to buy any product or services from the LLP/website, the User is allowing the LLP/website to gather the personal information of the User.
d) The User is aware that if any information which is provided by User whether it is posted message/review/feedback anywhere on the Website can be used by the LLP/website to help out the User in every possible way in the future. This retained information can be used to resolve disputes, provide customer support, troubleshoot problems and much other and that such information, if requested, may be provided to judicial or governmental authorities of requisite jurisdiction, or otherwise used by the LLP/website as permitted by applicable laws.
e)All the information whether it is personal or any other like emails or letters or any feedback from other users or third parties regarding the User’s activities or posting on Websites is collected or gathered by the LLP and is compiled in a file or folder by the LLP/website. The User is aware of all this information.
f) A User/Users can browse a website without providing any information to the LLP/website but for certain activities and areas, the User has to provide certain information for registration such as placing an order. The User is aware that the information provided to the LLP/website can be used to send the User offers and promotions whether or not based on the User’s previous orders and interests, and the User hereby expressly consents to receive the same.
g) There are certain online surveys that are optional and LLP/website can request the User to complete those surveys. Sometimes these surveys may ask the User to provide the contact information and demographic information (like pincode, age, income bracket, gender, etc.). This data is used to customize the Website for the benefit of the User, and providing all users of the Website with products/services/content that the LLP/website believes they might be interested in availing and also to display content according to the User’s preferences, the user must aware of this.
h) The LLP/website may ask or request the User to provide the reviews and feedbacks of the products/services which are purchased/ availed by the User from Website. The User must be aware that such reviews will help other users of the website make prudent and correct purchases and also help the LLP/website to deliver customer satisfactory product/service, and the User hereby expressly authorizes the LLP/website to publish any or all the reviews/survey written by the User on the Website, along with the User’s name and certain contact details, for the benefit and use of other Users of the Website. i) The information like content/reviews/surveys/feedback which is submitted by the User to LLP/website cannot be a store, upload, publish, or display in any manner. The User authorizes the LLP/website to remove any such content, review, survey, or feedback from the Website which has been submitted by User, without cause or being required to notify the User of the same.
3. COOKIES
a)A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

a) The Website/LLP can share the personal information of Users to detect and prevent identity theft, fraud, and other illegal acts. This information can be shared with corporate entities and affiliates to help them; correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of the Website’s services; and to facilitate joint or co-branded services, where such services are provided by more than one corporate entity. The User is aware of it.
b) The Website/LLP has the right to disclose the personal information of User if required to do so by law or if the Website/LLP believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to summons, court orders, or other legal processes. This information can also be disclosed to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners or other third parties if it believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms or Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or another content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of its users, or the general public.
c) If an LLP/Website is merging with other LLP/Website or in the event of a reorganization, amalgamation or a reconstructing of the LLP’s business, the LLP/Website can share the personal information of User if required. Such a business entity or new entity will continue to be bound by the Terms and Policy, as may be amended from time to time.
5. SECURITY
All the transactions which are made on the Website are secure and protected. No information is disclosed while making the transaction on the Website as it is encrypted to protect the User against unintentional disclosure to third parties. Any information related to the User’s credit and debit card information is not received, stored by, or retained by the LLP/Website in any manner. This information is provided by the User directly to the payment gateway which is authorized to handle the information provided and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.
6. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS / PROMOTIONS
The third-party advertising company is used to serve ads to the users of the Website. These companies may use the information related to the User’s visit to the Website and other websites in order to provide advertisements to the User. The Website may contain links to other websites also that may collect personal information about the User. The LLP/Website is not at all responsible for the privacy or the content of any of the linked websites. The User agrees that the risks associated will be borne entirely by the User.
7. USER’S CONSENT
By using the Website and/ or by providing information to the LLP through the Website, the User consents to the collection and use of the information disclosed by the User on the Website in accordance with this Policy, including but not limited to the User’s consent the LLP/Website sharing/divulging the User’s information, as per the terms contained hereinabove in Section 4 of the Policy.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
INDIQAUDIO India LLP at its sole discretion may agree to substantiate published specifications and on case to case basis. The decision solely lies with the INDIQAUDIO India LLP. INDIQAUDIO India LLP will NOT entertain any measurements done independently and will not be under any obligation to prove the incorrectness of the independent measurements.
Any dispute related to the formation and interpretation of this Policy will be solved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) mechanism as agreed by the Parties. It is further agreed by the Parties that the contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Policy and/or Terms.
a) Mediation: If there would be any dispute between the parties regarding the policies, the Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amongst themselves, with the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute between themselves within the period of thirty (30) days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other Party, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, as herein below;
b) Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute between them through Mediation, then it will be transferred forward to the Arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. The order passed by the sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The costs of proceedings will be borne by the Parties, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be the city of Bengaluru, India.
The Terms, Policies and any other agreements between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India, and it is agreed by the Parties. The Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
WARRANTY POLICY
1. DEFECTIVE INDIQAUDIO India LLP PRODUCTS
If you believe you have a defective product, call INDIQAUDIO @ +91 70322 92587 (10AM to 6PM IST) or email connect@INDIQAUDIO.com. They will take you through the steps to fix it, or if it can't be fixed, will arrange to repair or replace your product according to the terms of your product warranty. This warranty is only available for purchases made from INDIQAUDIO India LLP directly or through INDIQAUDIO India LLP Authorized Dealer. Driver burnouts and over driving are not covered under warranty. No warranty is provided by INDIQAUDIO India LLP for purchases made from unauthorized dealers. INDIQAUDIO will reimburse the shipping cost incase warranty claim arises during the 1st year. For 2nd and 3rd year, to and fro shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer
2. DEFECTIVE NON - INDIQAUDIO PRODUCTS
If you believe you have a defective non-INDIQAUDIO product which was integrated alongwith INDIQAUDIO products, call INDIQAUDIO @ +91 70322 92587 (10AM to 6PM IST) or email connect@INDIQAUDIO.com or contact the manufacturer directly. They will take you through the steps to fix it. Warranty / support on non INDIQAUDIO product will be provided by the manufacturer
3. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Defective Products must be shipped in the original shipping container or its equivalent, together with proof of purchase supplied by INDIQAUDIO India LLP or it's autorized dealer or distributor.In any case the risk of loss or damage in transit is to be borne by the customer. If upon examination at the Factory it is determined that the unit was defective in materials or workmanship at any time during this Warranty period, INDIQAUDIO India LLP will, at its option, repair or replace this Product at no additional charge, except as set forth below.
4. WARRANTY INFORMATION
All replaced parts and Products become the property of INDIQAUDIO India LLP. Products replaced or repaired under this warranty will be returned to you, within a reasonable time, freight prepaid.
This warranty does not include coil burnouts / clipping, service or parts to repair damage caused by accident, disaster, environmental factors, misuse, abuse, negligence, inadequate packing or shipping procedures, commercial use, voltage inputs in excess of the rated maximum of the unit, cosmetic appearance of cabinetry not directly attributable to defect in materials or workmanship, or service, repair, or modification of the product which has not been authorized or approved by INDIQAUDIO India LLP. This warranty shall terminate if the Serial number on the Product has been removed, tampered with or defaced.
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed Warranties. If this Product is defective in materials or workmanship as warranted above, your sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. In no event will INDIQAUDIO India LLP be liable to you for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if INDIQAUDIO India LLP has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. All implied warranties on this Product are limited to the duration of this expressed Warranty.
5. INDIQAUDIO India LLP WARRANTY INFORMATION
This section contains warranty information for products that were purchased directly from INDIQAUDIO India LLP or an authorized INDIQAUDIO India LLP Authorized dealer. No warranty is provided by INDIQAUDIO India LLP for purchases made from unauthorized dealers.
Home Audio Passive Speakers – Bookshelf / Towers / Surrounds / Center/ Subwoofer and Inwall Speakers – 3 Years. 1 year on the cabinets. Warranty does not cover any discoloration due to excessive moisture or mishandling
Home Audio Amplifiers – Monoblock, Integrated amplifiers – 3 Years, Subwoofer amplifier - 1 Year.
All Dedicated home theatre and commercial installations are covered for 1 year of warranty.
If a customer decides to sell the product, INDIQAUDIO INDIA LLP does not assume any responsibility of any damage during shipping or wrong usage of the product. Warranty will be provided subject to thorough inspection and the usage as per the original customer's intended usage. Cosmetic issues either on speakers and / on amp will not be covered for the 2nd owner onwards. Only electronics will be covered, subject to the usage pattern of the original owner.
6. NON - INDIQAUDIO PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty coverage of Non INDIQAUDIO products is provided by respective manufacturers, which is 1 year or as applicable. INDIQAUDIO INDIA LLP will support to the extent of sharing the contacts of the service center. Post that customer will have to coordinate with the service center directly to get equipment repaired.
The warranty is VOID if the serial number of the product has been removed or defaced.

UPGRADE POLICY (Only Applicable for STANDARD Stereo Setup, Living room setup and not for Commercial setups or Dedicated Home Theatres). Custom designs will not qualify for Upgrades.
1. This policy is valid for the products purchased after 1st Jan 2021 and for standard products and not for custom designs or "Aspirations" series and only to the 1st buyer. Upgrade applicable for lower bookshelf variant to higher bookshelf and tower variants. Tower variants can be upgarded to higher towers variants only
2. Upgrade policy is valid for the 12 months from the date of delivery and the new product purchase cannot be clubbed with any other offer
3. The old product to be upgraded has to be in perfect working and in original condition.
4. The pre-GST price of the old product and delamination cost of 2500/- per cabinet for fully laminated Bookshelves, 5000/- per cabinet for Duco Bookshelves and 7500/- per fully laminated tower, 9000/- per Duco towers will be adjusted against the MRP of the upgraded product and / or against the refund of the original product price.
5. This upgrade is valid for the products bought directly from INDIQAUDIO India LLP and to the 1st owner only.
6. In addition to the product's delta price, customer will have to bear the shipping cost of the old and the upgraded product. The old product should be accompanied with the original bill and in the original packing.
7. The upgraded product will be shipped from the factory after thorough evaluation of the old product and if found defective, the complete cost of the upgraded product will be borne by the customer or the old product will be shipped back in as-is condition and shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
